weichenandCursor 17c799bc90 Upgrade Agent-Native and Agent-Squad dependencies 
Why: The product should build against the headless session runtime and the orchestration database.
Evidence: go test -count=1 -timeout 300s ./...
Impact: runtime.entry stays direct. This commit only moves the submodule pointers.
