Details 
Why: native 855fe41 records the golang.org/x/text sum that intent's NFKC import needs, and squad 31ee395 pins that native commit.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go vet ./internal/squadadapter/ ./internal/app/ passed against these heads.
Impact: two gitlinks move. Backend product code is unchanged.
