weichen 6d2caa43d6 Merge current account transaction backend into settings work

Why: Main now serializes account recovery and requires maintenance CLI commands to open existing storage, deliver credentials through protected files and use file/environment DSN sources ahead of the deprecated flag.

Evidence: SELF /tmp/project-settings-backend-account-sync-full-20261014-973d52c1.json covers the combined Go suite and vet; /tmp/project-settings-backend-merge-schema-red-20261014-973d52c1.json and /tmp/project-settings-backend-merge-schema-green-20261014-973d52c1.json preserve a schema-guidance regression and its fix.

Impact: Keep the U7 transaction contract and the approved settings ownership APIs together. PostgreSQL CLI errors hide connection details while schema mismatch retains a safe migration instruction.

Agent-System-Backend

对话系统后端：Go 模块化单体，默认构建为单二进制（go:embed 内嵌前端与嵌入式 SQLite 存储）。组合 Agent-Native / Agent-Squad / Agent-Intent 生态，依赖 agent-system-core 契约。
