执行完整 Python 脚本（python3，工作目录=会话工作区）。适用：数据处理、生成 Excel/PPT/图片（housestyle kit）、批量操作。普通 Word 生产交付不用 Python，调用 `render_document`；受控或项目 Word 交给 RDM。任何 Office 交付物都禁止用 zipfile 或字符串手工拼 OOXML。基础层已有 openpyxl、python-pptx 等；缺包用 python_env，禁止 pip install。失败先读退出码与 traceback，不原样盲试。生成 xlsx/pptx 前读 `$AGENT_SKILLS_DIR/house-style/SKILL.md`。
