Why: the cursor account hit its monthly usage limit (resets 2026-11-10); attempts fail before useful work. Routing falls through to antigravity and pi per the existing candidate order; re-enable when the quota resets. Reason recorded on the U3 task card. Impact: AGENT-EXECUTION.md only (rides the U3 PR, auditable). Refs: plan 2026-10-19-1440 U3.

# Project Agent Execution Configuration
|

# 项目工程 Agent 执行路由配置
|
|
|
|
适用范围：定义本项目中由 AI / Agent 主导的代码实施、修复、测试与审阅所调用的 Agent CLI 路由。
|
|
解析器识别正文中唯一一个 ```agent-execution 代码块。正文外的说明文字可根据项目需要调整。
|
|
|
|
通用硬规则见 Development-Guidelines 的 [Agent 执行与协作契约](deps/development-guidelines/standards/agent-execution.md)。
|
|
本配置为项目本地路由权威，声明具体的候选 profile、尝试次数上限、超时、集成入口与豁免路径；
|
|
代码块须通过 `deps/development-guidelines/templates/schemas/agent-execution.schema.json` 校验后才能登记为 active。
|
|
`fallback_to_host` 只能为 `never`；旧值 `all-unavailable` 仅供迁移工具读取，不能通过准入。
|
|
下例的 CLI 名称、命令与路径均为占位，按项目实际执行器替换。
