Details

Drop runmgr import of genui to satisfy package boundaries

Why: lint-boundaries forbids backend/runmgr -> backend/genui; keep the
auto trigger as an injected interface with local reminder text.
Evidence: bash scripts/lint-boundaries.sh
Impact: No behavior change; wiring still via app.SetGenUIAuto(genui.NewAuto).
