Align Agent-Squad dependency with stream guard

Why: The Dev pin gate requires every Agent-Native consumer to use the same exact commit; Agent-Squad now pins the U3 r0.4 stream guard.

Evidence: GOWORK=off go vet ./... && GOWORK=off go test -count=1 ./... passed with this pin.

Impact: Backend dependency gitlink only; no source or public contract change.

Agent-System-Backend

对话系统后端：Go 模块化单体，默认构建为单二进制（go:embed 内嵌前端与嵌入式 SQLite 存储）。组合 Agent-Native / Agent-Squad / Agent-Intent 生态，依赖 agent-system-core 契约。
