weichen 99f1d3b3dd Recheck project sources after clarification

Why: Accepted retrieval and tool sources could become stale, and a pending HITL answer could release a changed source set.

Evidence: App and run-manager suites cover per-preflight resource verification, authorization epochs, and a second exact-source preflight after HITL.

Impact: Project work fails closed when authorization, source bytes, run binding, or the source watermark changes.

Agent-System-Backend

对话系统后端：Go 模块化单体，默认构建为单二进制（go:embed 内嵌前端与嵌入式 SQLite 存储）。组合 Agent-Native / Agent-Squad / Agent-Intent 生态，依赖 agent-system-core 契约。
