Why: Project audit cannot use owner-wide logs or current conversation project state to establish trusted attribution. Evidence: RED cases were observed locally; go test ./pkg/extension ./internal/store ./internal/app -count=1 passed on this tree (SELF). Impact: Add optional X2 read and audit.read callback, immutable project/name snapshots, safe owner-only projection, and explicit unsupported coverage. Cross-member publication remains pending. 对话系统后端：Go 模块化单体，默认构建为单二进制（go:embed 内嵌前端与嵌入式 SQLite 存储）。组合 Agent-Native / Agent-Squad / Agent-Intent 生态，依赖 agent-system-core 契约。
