Why: Backend and Agent-Squad must consume the Agent-Native revision that rejects empty tool_calls and function_call terminals.

Evidence: Full Backend vet and Go test suite passed with both exact gitlinks.

Impact: Dependency gitlinks only; no Backend source change.
