Why:
后台成果和可选的后续需求需要保留在任务卡上，避免用途选择占用前台对话。本 PR 为完整结果、成果已读状态、选择历史和防重复执行标识提供兼容的可选契约。
Evidence:
独立 ce-code-review 已完成，无开放代码问题；完整组合和门禁命令由 Dev 任务卡记录。Core 自身的完整结果持久化及旧卡兼容测试通过（SELF），最终组合 CI 另行核验。
Impact:
旧卡和消费者可继续读取；不新增数据库迁移。属于同一工作台交付，Backend、UI、Frontend 消费后由 Dev/RDM 固定组合。
