Record the backend store suite on isolated PostgreSQL

Why: U3 requires the PG-dialect store evidence (role, migration, delegation, lock-order) at the synchronized candidate.

Evidence: receipt in card; exit 0, zero skips, isolated postgres:16 container (removed after).

Impact: card only.
