Record the cross_cancel blocker status in the card

Why: RDM migration and pin advance landed (svc-realcombo green); the
only remaining CI failure is the cross_cancel e2e case, documented on
PR #706 with the suspected cause.

Evidence: NOT_RUN (CI runs 5145/5158 logs referenced)

Impact: task card only.
