Point agent-squad at the nested native pin merge

Why: Squad #49 aligned its nested agent-native pin with the Dev top-level
pointer; the Dev worktree records the merged head.

Evidence: SELF - gitlink equals Agent-Squad main head.

Impact: Pointer only.
