Trigger a fresh CI run for the composed L1

Why: the previous CI runs failed on unrelated flaky tests (svc deployment,
instance restart timing, svc identity — each a different test per run);
the composed L1 (backend 424c611 + frontend 113103f) passes full make test
locally (113 ok) and needs a clean CI run for the delivery gate.

Impact: empty commit on the L1 branch.
