Point component gitlinks at the synced compose commits

Why: Backend and Documents were rebased onto their current main, so the Dev links must name those commits before this branch syncs.
Evidence: backend 8c60ed0 includes the host-option hooks and origin/main; documents 2a8deac keeps the proposal pending review.
Impact: gitlinks only. The proposal stays pending review.
