Why: Bind the post-sample candidate to a clean local test and build result.

Evidence: Imported SELF receipt for make test and make build on Dev 82e8a48; independent model assessment remains FAIL.

Impact: Keep the current component pins reviewable while draft PRs and merge gates stay closed.
