Record the post-merge combined test evidence

Why: The pre-merge sync brought in a newer main, so the previous make test receipt no longer covers this head.
Evidence: make test exit 0 via make evidence (SELF) with before=afdf43e. CI on the pull request remains the GATE.
Impact: Frontend, UI, Python, and agent-command checks passed on the synced head. Drill verdicts are unchanged.
