Record U3 synchronization with latest main

Why: Main added RDM acceptance coverage during the review and the task branch must include it.

Evidence: make evidence imported the successful task-sync receipt against d5428c5.

Impact: The merge preserved all U3 component pins and added the new target-branch integration script.
