Why: Stage-six review needs the current Backend and RDM source identities and a clear boundary between local overlay checks and formal pin validation.

Evidence: SELF task-sync, exact-head Backend SQLite/PostgreSQL tests and build, RDM overlay checks, and Dev governance results are recorded by make evidence.

Impact: Review record only; no production migration, deployment, or formal acceptance.
