Record the W5a domain core unit in the increment B card

Why: agent-per-unit governance requires each implementation attempt to be recorded with its transport and receipt.
Evidence: w5a-tracenet-domain-core completed via cursor attempt 1; transport a7a6df0 on the RDM child branch; SELF gofmt/vet and domain+rdmapp tests all ok.
Impact: Task card only.
