Pin the current Backend integration baseline

Why: Task 10 must start from the Backend line that combines current main with trusted project context, audit, work observation and human decision behavior.

Evidence: Backend d9d8f016 passes focused extension/app, full vet/test/build and static binary checks; its parent merge 92f9286 also passed isolated PostgreSQL migration-history tests.

Impact: Advances only the Backend gitlink before the shared renderer path is implemented.
