Record the product-smoke super-admin fix and W12 progress

Why: the RDM product smoke script predated the startup-super-admin auth model; the repair unit updated it with synthetic default credentials and the W12 verification started.
Evidence: product-smoke PASS at 800edbe (root React product, unauthenticated 401, 7x rdm.inspect.* enabled) with env unset; RDM make test 17 packages green.
Impact: Task card and smoke script only.
