Pin deferred intake and actual HTTP browser coverage

Why: Acceptance must cover both immediate and deferred material flows.

Evidence: SELF fixed composition and isolated PostgreSQL receipts are retained; direct browser replay follows this producer fix.

Impact: Pins the observed flow repair and controlled test suite.
