Record the composite test and the contracts regeneration finding

Why: make test passed on aa77f201, but make contracts regenerates the
frontend contracts from Core and drops Conversation.scratch, which would
fail tsc in make build; Frontend#124 moves the flag to a local view type.
Evidence: make evidence receipt (SELF) on aa77f201.
Impact: Task card only.
