Why: The task card and Documents pin must identify the fixed candidate and the independent review boundary.

Evidence: Tool-imported precheck, sync, tests, twelve-browser and isolated PG receipts; staged recursive pins passed.

Impact: Advances the Documents gitlink and task record; real model quality remains NOT_RUN.
