Record chat timeline verification on the task card

Why: The acceptance run now has a result, and the task card is the
place that result has to live.

Evidence: make test after sync; dev@5192a53 browser check of the
timeline, file card, preview tabs, docx pages, and the false-claim guard.

Impact: Records the five pull requests and the remaining merge step.
No code change.
