Bump backend and core pins to merged main

Why: P2 组合 bump——Core 0f94e4b0（受管作用域契约）与 Backend 76c75ce5（受管拦截/系统设置 API/播种迁移）均已合入各仓 main。
Evidence: Backend CI（PR #188，rerun 后全绿）与本地 GOWORK=off go test 全绿；Core go test 全绿。
Impact: 仅 gitlink；Dev 组合 CI 将在 PR 上验证。
