Record U5 RDM delivery on the reconciled stack

Why: the U5 template catalog unit and the main-line test reconciliation
were delivered on the RDM working branch 301cf56 (rdmapp full suite green);
the L1 records the RDM stack delivery.

Impact: task card only.
