Record the make test evidence in the task card

Why: bind the completion claim to the tool-recorded composite test run
on the post-sync head with the bumped frontend pin.

Evidence: CMD="make test" make evidence exit=0 appended by the evidence
tool (SELF); CI replay expected on the PR head.

Impact: task card only; no code change.
