Merge current Dev main into U3 r0.5 candidate

Why: Keep the new OOXML registration gate and task record while retaining U3 fixes.

Evidence: Backend merged main 607c38d cleanly; full Go vet/test and selected zero-paid live-tag tests passed at d39e77c.

Impact: Updates the Backend gitlink and unrelated main task metadata; browser and composed checks follow.
