Why: The review candidate needed current-main synchronization and a fixed account of the post-sync Backend, RDM, browser and PostgreSQL verification.

Evidence: Tool-written SELF receipts preserve failed parallel PG/SSE and browser setup attempts alongside serial PG, source-overlay, frontend and fresh-browser successes at their exact objects.

Impact: Task card only; stage 6 remains for human judgment, and stage 7, trusted Backend pin, GATE, PR, merge and production operations remain pending.
