Why: The approved A1-A4 and delegated-actor repairs now have fixed Backend/RDM source candidates and reviewable local verification.

Evidence: The task card contains tool-written SELF receipts for exact Backend test/build, isolated PostgreSQL, RDM source overlay, Frontend/UI tests/build, browser account flows, and Dev governance.

Impact: Prepares stage 6 human review while preserving separate stage 7, trusted Backend tag, formal RDM pin, CI, PR, merge and production boundaries.
