Record the U3 sync conflict and resolved component SHAs

Why: The first task-sync encountered four real gitlink conflicts after main advanced.

Evidence: The failed SELF receipt was imported through make evidence; merged component tests passed at the recorded SHAs.

Impact: The task card preserves the failure and the subsequent resolution without upgrading model QA.
