Take the WP1 pins and record the increment on the task card

Why: Backend #86 merged the tool-group-aligned trimming; native #25 and squad #29 carry the spill and cache contract work; the Dev pins and the increment record follow. Evidence: check-pins pins ok; WP1 chain CI green on every merge head. Impact: acceptance clause 2's product side is closed (TestTrimOldestKeepsToolPairs GATE).
