Why: 请求评审前的完成声明三段输出（task-sync / make test）须由 evidence 工具写入任务卡，不手抄。
Evidence: CMD="make test" make evidence exit 0（收据入卡）；task-sync sync_base=0ecdcbd3c0 tested_head=d97be88cd6（SELF，CI 重验见 PR）。
Impact: 仅任务卡证据与同步记录；业务代码零改动。
