Preserve verified delivery and cleanup evidence

Why: close the task with actual CI, merge and cleanup records and restore receipt integrity from preserved originals.

Evidence: original SELF receipt digests validate; the recorded red-green integrity check traces and repairs three metadata-substituted outputs.

Impact: archived task record only; code and component pointers are unchanged.
