Record wave A unit receipts in the task card

Browse Source 
Why: track per-unit agent-per-unit receipts and verification for U1/U5/U7a.
Evidence: receipts under /tmp/agent-stack-b1; SELF verification exit=0.
Impact: task metadata only.
