Record the r0.6 exact-HEAD CI gates on the task card
Why: Stage 6 passed on condition that the new HEADs' CI succeeded; Gitea recovered and the gates are now verified.
Evidence: ci_wait CI_SUCCESS for UI fadabce, Backend f24a610, Frontend 6f8e7ec and Dev b1d40f6 (runs linked in the card).
