Retain the backend vet and test receipt

Why: the typed-nil fallback needs a recorded local run before the component pull request.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go vet and go test ./... exited 0 against backend 46073d30; source SELF. The PostgreSQL-gated case was skipped locally.
Impact: task card only. The backend gitlink is not pinned in this commit.
