Why: Fast feedback and slow-channel discoveries need a faithful progressive user interface.

Evidence: SELF startup, contract, component, atomicity, source, and recovery receipts are recorded in the task card; final composition and live acceptance are pending.

Impact: Pins the current Core, Backend, Frontend and UI implementation without deploying existing services.
