Why: main claimed migration v26; Backend #170 rebased to e7b70c2
(v27 identity + copyOrder). Dev pin must track that tip.
Evidence: Backend CI success on e7b70c2; mergeable True.
Impact: modules/backend gitlink → e7b70c2.
