Disclose killed run-5 attempt in U1 card

Why: host killed run 5 before its first attempt produced work to avoid
exceeding the cursor attempt cap; private run dir removed, disclosed
here rather than silently dropped.

Evidence: NOT_RUN (task card only)

Impact: task card only.
