Why: The stage 7-10 plan must be reviewed against the current authoritative Dev baseline.

Evidence: make task-sync completed at Dev f4ae91a with sync base 63e70d8 and recursive component checks passing.

Impact: Records the SELF sync receipt after resolving the Backend gitlink conflict; no additional product behavior is introduced.
