Why: The final zero-paid candidate needs the independent review disposition and fresh replay receipts in one composition.

Evidence: Browser receipt c4a2240e and PostgreSQL receipt 7291fe2b were imported by make evidence; Backend RED-to-GREEN fixes passed.

Impact: The task card and Documents report leave real-model validation NOT_RUN and merge gated.
