Record the two-trees partial close on the task card

Why: The user chose to close the two-trees initiative partially, archiving delivered work and registering the rest as follow-up.
Evidence: Delivered SHAs verified with git merge-base against each component main; Documents and Dev synced with main via agent-exec transports.
Impact: Task card only; W0 guard and test port fixes stay in branch history and are not merged.
