Bump Frontend to keep the scratch flag out of generated contracts

Why: Frontend#124 moves Conversation.scratch into a local view type so
make contracts (Core is authoritative) no longer breaks tsc.

Evidence: Frontend#124 CI GATE on 6e611c5.

Impact: modules/frontend 279b2d0.
