Record the work-card reconciliation and the 12/12 replay
Why: Main's durable work cards hid the trusted task view, so UI #51 and Frontend #79 were repaired and the mechanism replay rerun.
Evidence: Playwright 12 passed on Dev 97f363a against a verified task-owned mechanism instance (SELF receipt imported by make evidence).
Impact: Task card only.
