Record the isolated audit browser run

Why: the overview export has to have a local run record, including the later plain-base failure.
Evidence: the saved Playwright log shows five audit specs passed, including the export download, and the change-password spec failed on an empty username.
Impact: task metadata only. The run used RDM origin/main, so the draft gate was not in that binary.
