Record the drift check and svc-autorecover in-flight findings

Why: after task-sync moved backend to 25fbea85 the reviewed gaps needed re-verification, and the svc-autorecover ownership decision needed the actual worktree state rather than the empty card alone.

Evidence: SELF - drift-check receipt (bash /tmp/as-drift-check-20261011.sh) appended via make evidence, exit 0: all cited gaps hold at 25fbea85; svc-autorecover holds 373 lines of uncommitted U2-slice work whose own suite currently fails 5 of 10 tests.

Impact: task card metadata only.
